• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate pitches, contracts, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may require review and editing
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of content you create using our Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
